Weekly Rate: $1,300.00*
Off Season: $875-900* (Mid Aug to Thanksgiving)
Holidays: $1,350.00*
High Speed Internet: Available in each unit for $15 per week.

* Additional Sales and Resort Tax of 11-1/2% is applicable to all rates. Housekeeping is $100 plus tax from Mandi's Mermaid Cleaning Service.
